This IBP Analyst will provide coordination and analytical support to the IBP manager in facilitating integrated business planning across business units and driving alignment across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Demand, Operations, and Logistics teams across all business units.

**YOU WILL NEED**:

- Supply planning, demand planning, financial planning knowledge
- Experienced in strategy, implementation, and execution of IBP process
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, partnership and influence skills, and ability to communicate well to all levels within the organization
- Experienced analyst
- Strong stakeholder management experience and capability
- Experienced in both operational and project based environments
- Skilled in SAP, BI, Planning tools and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills
