We are currently recruiting for an experienced demand planner to join the team at our head office in Macquarie Park. The Demand Planner is an integral member of the Australian Planning team and will manage the entire end to end forecasting process across multiple brand portfolio.
**Specifically, you will**:
- Develop and manage Forecasting Process using SAP IBP / Promax / SAP / BW
- Manage the Forecast in SAP IBP with input and collaboration from all sales teams for any Australian customer.
- Be the primary contact for any demand planning issues for all Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Forecast Review meeting monthly with sales team.
- Participate in Demand Review and forecast sign off meeting
- Analysis - review of forecast accuracy and other forecast drivers.
- Improve Forecast Accuracy
- Manage forecast input and execution of NPD (New Products Introduction). Be part of NPD project teams representing Demand Planning.
- Manage the execution of deleted lines (mange run outs - forecast and stock levels)
- Business partner representing the planning team with the sales and marketing retail teams.
To be successful in this role you will need
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, marketing or sales
- 2+ years in demand planning role
- Strong computer skills particularly MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business acumen
