**Position Overview**: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help build and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop strategies, create ads, track performance, and optimize campaigns to drive business growth and awareness for Holmens Health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, optimization, and management of Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance.
- Help develop digital marketing strategies to align with company goals, focusing on customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, using data to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and Google Ads best practices.
- Developing strategies for the adult toy industry to be launched.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising, especially Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools (Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.) is a plus.
- Highly Proficient with Meta strategies and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A passion for health and wellness is a bonus

Pay: $46,460.00 - $79,318.25 per year
