**Job Description**:
In this role, you'll be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and community engagement. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- ** Marketing Administrative Support**: Provide crucial assistance in organising marketing materials, ensuring smooth operations.
- ** Social Media Management**: Contribute to managing our social media accounts - schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyse performance.
- ** Campaign Coordination**: Collaborate in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns, working closely with team members, vendors, and agencies.
- ** Event Assistance**: Provide organisational support for marketing events, product launches, store openings, and community outreach programs.
- ** Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to marketing promotions and campaigns.
- ** Collaborate with franchisees** to align marketing efforts with their needs and goals. Develop and execute location-specific marketing plans to boost sales and customer engagement.
- ** Local Area Marketing**: Help execute location-specific marketing plans to boost sales and customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A genuine passion for food.
- You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, adapt quickly and are an eager learner.
- You are proficient in tools like Canva and an expert in Social Media Platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Excel in written communication with exceptional writing skills.
- Willingness to work within a team, coordinating with various departments for seamless execution.
- Graphic Design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are a bonus.
