- **The Role**_

We have an exciting position within the Member and Product Experience Team for a Member Experience Coordinator who will play a role key role in the engagement of AIPM membership, through retaining and growing membership, coordinating new initiatives to engage membership and enhance AIPM process, as well as ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- **Tasks & Responsibilities**_
- Accurately maintain and update member records in CRM (iMIS)
- Assist with the administration of our core products and services, including processing payments
- Work closely with Member Experience Manager to design and implement member acquisition and retention strategies
- Produce reports from CRM to assist Member Experience Manager to analyse member data
- Continuously monitor for process improvements, and escalate to Member Experience Manager for implementation
- Deliver member support to enhance the education and professionalism of individual members
- Accounts Support through processing payments, generating invoices and receipts related to certification and membership
- Process documentation
- Presentations conducting analysis and reporting of data from iMIS database as required
- Contribute to initiatives and projects as required

- **Required Knowledge/Experience**_
- Business degree or equivalent preferable
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Advanced user of MS Office suite
- **Desirable Knowledge/Experience**_
- Understanding of competency based learning and continuous professional development
- Membership Association experience
- Experience working with association management systems
- Familiarity with iMIS an advantage
