We're a dynamic **3PL transport & logistics company** looking for a hands-on **Team Leader** to guide our Melbourne crew to greatness

**Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)**:

- **Oversee daily warehouse operations** - think of yourself as the air traffic controller of the warehouse
- **Lead and inspire** a high-energy team to hit targets and smash goals
- Keep things **running smoothly, safely, and efficiently** - no chaos here
- Jump in and **support the team** where needed - no desk captains, thanks
- Maintain a positive vibe even when things get hectic (which they will - we like it that way)

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Experience leading warehouse teams (ideally in 3PL or transport/logistics)
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, dispatch, and receiving
- A proactive mindset - you're the kind of person who sees what needs doing and does it
- Great communication skills - you know how to talk _and_ listen
- Own reliable **transport** - we're not on the tram line
- A true **can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude** - no task too big or small
