Digital Marketing Specialist - APAC

**About Us**

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the unique nuances and needs of each APAC country, ensuring the development of targeted and effective marketing strategies for each market segment
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage engaging and informative content across various social media platforms to increase brand visibility, foster audience engagement, and drive lead generation
- Societies and Publications: Cultivate relationships with relevant societies and publications within the APAC region, including securing advertising opportunities, sponsored content, and collaborative partnerships to further expand our reach and influence
- Collaborations and Industry Events: Identify and establish strategic collaborations with key industry players, and represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our offerings and generate leads
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize for effectiveness and return on investment. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize the impact

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in Korean or Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the academia, biotech, or pharma sectors in the APAC region
- Strong understanding of the unique cultural and business nuances across the APAC region
- Proficiency in social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and other digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

**Our Culture**

The role is based in our Sydney HQ and we provide flexibility in terms of working from home and the Sydney office. Our office is right next to a childcare facility and home to our family of mostly thriving houseplants.

$85,000 + equity are on offer (depending on experience), within a supportive but empowered, fully agile environment, which we have worked hard to create.
