Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at St Benedict's Outside School Hours Care.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of the children in our care, working collaboratively with the Coordinator to plan and implement engaging programs that promote social development, problem-solving, and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Coordinator to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters social development and learning.
  • Work with children to develop their social skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.
  • Uphold and promote the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.
