Job Title: Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator, responsible for supporting the Coordinator in planning and implementing engaging programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator to develop and implement programs that promote social development, problem-solving, and exploration.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters social development and emotional well-being.
  • Support the Coordinator in upholding the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality care environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality care within an Outside School Hours Care setting.
  • Strong understanding and application of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
