
Business Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the daily running of the office is executed efficiently, including reception duties, mail/couriers, deliveries, and supplies.
- Maintain the presentability and tidiness of public areas, including the kitchen area and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate events and activities for the office, including client meetings and industry events.
- Enter expenses and credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with office health and safety management.
- Draft proposals and tenders, compiling, reviewing, formatting, and submission of documents.
- Support project managers with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning, binding, data entry, and ad-hoc requests.
- Arrange travel arrangements for staff and assist with expense claims.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration/reception positions, demonstrating strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude and energetic approach to tasks, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
