Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Executive to join our team in Sydney, supporting our Health and Social Infrastructure clients across Australia.
As a key member of our Major Client Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their complex banking needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our Account Managers, Senior Associates, and Analysts to deliver high-quality credit submissions and ensure seamless client interactions.
- Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and insights to our clients, leveraging our cutting-edge technology and expertise.
- Proven track record of managing high-value Corporate/Institutional grade clients with lending over $50m.
- Strong business banking knowledge and commercial acumen, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive client acquisition.
- Excellent financial analysis skills and enthusiasm for providing fresh perspectives to our clients.
- Ability to combine experience and expertise with our innovative technologies to deliver insights and find new solutions to old problems.
