Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Executive to join our team in Sydney, supporting our Health and Social Infrastructure clients across Australia.
As a key member of our Major Client Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their complex banking needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing proactive risk management and ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Collaborate with our Account Managers, Senior Associates, and Analysts to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, applying your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and growth.
- Proven experience in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth in a corporate banking environment.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
