We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to deliver therapeutic services efficiently.
- Manage an allocated caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through observations and standardized assessments.
- Interpret assessment findings to develop individualized treatment goals and plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
This role requires:
- Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Experience in delivering person-centered Occupational Therapy services.
- At least 2 years of clinical OT experience in community, rehabilitation, or paediatrics.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
