Occupational therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and functionality after illness or injury.
- We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our allied health team in the Northern Territory.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with adult patients across various healthcare settings, including renal, orthopedic, surgical, general medical, emergency department, intensive care unit, stroke, and palliative care units.
Caseload tailored to suit your skills and experience.
You will work closely with other allied health clinicians, including physiotherapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and social workers, to provide holistic care to patients.
As an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for developing treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs, promoting recovery, and enhancing quality of life.
Fully qualified occupational therapists with current registration with the relevant professional body are encouraged to apply.
Full-time hours, Monday – Friday, with flexible days negotiated with manager.
- A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or related field
- Current registration with relevant professional body
- Experience working in healthcare setting
