Swimming Safety Expert

The role of swimming safety expert is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the community. This position involves leading a team in a supportive culture and providing leadership and coaching to our staff.

We are seeking an individual with excellent verbal communication skills, an understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and public safety applications, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is highly regarded but not essential.

This role requires the ideal candidate to possess current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate, National Police Check, Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate, and Working with Vulnerable People qualifications.
