Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or club kitchen
  • A certificate in commercial cookery
  • A working understanding of food safety principles and workplace health and safety
  • Highly effective verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving kitchen goals
