Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cook at NRMA South West Rocks Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with company guidelines and customer preferences.
  • Liaise with food service staff and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to proper storage and cleaning procedures.
  • Conduct daily temperature checks and record assessments as necessary.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen areas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or club kitchen.
  • Certificate in commercial cookery.
  • Working understanding of 'Food Safety' principles and workplace health and safety.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
