We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care and support to our residents in Wollongong. As a valued member of our aged care community, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient outcomes.

About the Role
  • Direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Act as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
