
Administrative Communications Officer

Brisbane Catholic Education seeks a skilled professional to support the College's external presence and internal communications. This role is responsible for managing social media accounts, BCE Connect communications, and the College calendar.
The officer provides valuable support for event management, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns. Additional responsibilities include managing publication advertising, developing signage, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the College's visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and operational support across a diverse range of matters
- Develop and/or administer processes and procedures, responding to enquiries
- Monitor service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies, and standards
- Facilitate work to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Supervise and train support staff as required, ensuring high standards of administrative support
To be successful in this position, you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Providing a wide variety of administrative and operational support
- Coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements
- Understanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy, and procedures
- Led and supported administrative staff, ensuring their smooth onboarding and providing effective training for optimal performance
