Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate is essential.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care settings.
  • Highly developed organisation and time management skills.
  • Able to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes.
