About the role

You will work with and support the Social Media team in creating and distributing engaging and informative digital content across the Federation University social media channels.

Alongside the Social Media Coordinator, you will be supported and guided to develop skills for the future to ensure you can deliver outstanding social media customer service whilst also evaluating, measuring and reporting on the performance of social content, campaigns and strategies.

About you

You will have an interest and passion for creating digital content including a basic understanding of how to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter. You will possess time management and organisational skills including well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for working with others.
