Student Engagement and Community Development Coordinator

This role focuses on enhancing student experiences, fostering school spirit, and strengthening ties between students, staff, and the community. The ideal candidate will be a versatile leader who can coordinate engaging activities, promote student participation, and build meaningful connections.
">Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement initiatives to boost student engagement and improve academic outcomes.
- Collaborate with student leaders to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the school community.
- Establish partnerships with local community groups to identify opportunities for students.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student participation in extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate events, including the school production, multicultural day, and presentation evening.
- Work closely with Year Level Coordinators and staff to plan events that encourage student engagement.
- Support student leadership programs and initiatives to develop students' leadership skills.
- Develop strategies to engage past students and strengthen their connection with the school.
- Manage the alumni database, providing updates to the Principal team as requested.
- Identify alumni to participate in key school events.
- Organize and facilitate alumni reunion events and catch-up opportunities.
- Organize sports events, such as Swimming Sports, Athletic Sports, Cross Country, and School Sport.
- Support House Captains in their leadership roles.
