About the Role:

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, social media, and messaging within our app.
  • Offering insights to improve processes within the Customer Experience Team.
  • Assisting with clinical enrolments.
  • Managing patient files and records.
  • Invoicing, billing, and appointment bookings.
Requirements:

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in Medical Reception or Medical Administration (a bonus).
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
