We seek a visionary leader to spearhead the development of our industrial portfolio in Perth.

About the Opportunity
  • Strategically acquire, develop, and dispose of assets with a focus on industrial properties.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, landowners, and investors.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the acquisition, development, and disposal of industrial assets.
  2. Work closely with architects, engineers, planners, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
  3. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  4. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and private investors.
  5. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in land acquisition, property development, or project management.
  • Proven understanding of the development process and its phases.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to make informed business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
