Job Title: Construction Industry Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the day-to-day operations of a highly regarded business in the construction industry.

This is a newly created position responsible for project management, client liaison and relationship nurturing, and enhancing systems and procedures to drive business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management experience within the construction industry
  • Understanding of the commercial building industry, including the project lifecycle and company landscape
  • Ability to project manage concurrent individual jobs
  • Liaise with clients and design & production team to ensure manufacturing timeframes are met
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Enhance systems, procedures & business profitability
  • Collaborative personability and problem-solving skills

A long-term hire for the team, employment career history is essential. The right individual will have the opportunity to grow into this position over time under the mentorship of the owner.
