Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive customer service experience in a customer-facing role
  • Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Demonstrated strengths in planning, time management, flexibility, and technology use
  • An understanding of the needs of older people
