As an Event Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful planning, management, and execution of production events. You will implement processes and SOPs that drive consistency in event execution, while identifying, resolving, escalating operational problems, and optimising the deployment of production resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and our creative team to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Responsible for addressing client needs by organising meetings, creating show documentation, and responding to client concerns.
  • Execute project planning of all events utilising Encore's systems and processes.
  • Plan resources and logistics across assigned production work.
  • Provide scoping and pricing for managed account and production projects.
  • Deliver events at the highest levels of production efficiency within scope and timeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Reconcile events and ensure administrative data is accurate.
Key Requirements:
  • 5-7 years' experience in a Project Manager or Producer role.
  • Great understanding of the event lifecycle.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with clients.
  • Problem solving and adaptability.
