Marketing Coordinator Role Summary

As a key member of our marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing promotional campaigns from start to finish. This role involves working closely with the marketing and category teams as well as suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast and prepare catalogue stock orders to meet business requirements.
  • Develop visually appealing merchandising communications for in-store displays that effectively showcase products.
  • Create end-to-end national catalogues, local area catalogues, and affiliate catalogues that cater to diverse customer needs.
  • Assist in developing campaign collateral, including digital, social, and ATL activity, to support marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team responsible for all areas of marketing, advertising, and promotions supporting pharmacies nationwide.

Requirements:
  • Highly competent Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel, are essential for this role.
  • Prior experience in data management, pricing, customer service, or related fields is beneficial for success in this position.
  • Experience in the pharmacy industry or retail sector is highly regarded.
