Job Title: Brand Promotion Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business objectives and target markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage our online presence, including website content and social media accounts;
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets and other relevant partners;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property sector;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
