Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our growing team. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our Payroll Supervisor and team on all payroll matters. This includes assisting with the transfer of current staff into a new Payroll System, creating personnel payroll profiles, and liaising with internal stakeholders to update payroll information.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to the Payroll Supervisor and team on all payroll matters
- Assist with the transfer of current staff into a new Payroll System
- Create personnel payroll profiles
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to update payroll information
- Liaise with employees with queries
- Perform other payroll administration functions, such as updates and assisting with payroll anomalies
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, with a focus on managing multiple priorities
- Recent experience in a Payroll Officer position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RealTime payroll system (desirable)
- A sense of humor and ability to work effectively in a small team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
This is a full-time role, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a new Payroll System and will be involved in the roll-out process.
