Job Overview">

This role involves providing support to key stakeholders, including facility managers, nursing and care staff, allied health professionals, residents and their families.

The successful candidate will work in a part-time capacity, four days per week, in our Ipswich Care home.

Key Responsibilities">

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will provide administrative and sales support in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards.

  • You will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt and confidential support is provided.
  • You will also be required to maintain accurate records and data entry skills.
  • Additional responsibilities include identifying and preventing safety hazards in the workplace.

Whilst not essential, experience in regulated environments such as childcare or healthcare would be well regarded.
