About the Job

This is a casual opportunity to provide personalised support to our clients within their homes.

You will be required to travel to support multiple clients each day, with reimbursement provided at $0.99 per kilometre.

The role provides domestic assistance only, with a view to providing further services in future, including personal care and community supports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance such as light cleaning and housework
  • Assist clients to improve their independence according to their identified needs and goals
  • Establish a rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and their family
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or similar)
  • QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Excellent organisational skills, hygiene practices and problem-solving abilities
  • An Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)
Benefits:
