**Job Opportunity: Catering Support Assistant**

The role of a Catering Support Assistant is pivotal in supporting our culinary team in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food production and preparation. Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, assisting with peak hour duties, operating the Point of Sale system for customer transactions, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with chefs to ensure seamless food production and preparation
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Support during peak hours by lending a hand with various tasks
  • Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently for customer transactions
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience
  • Communicate effectively as part of a team-oriented approach
  • Maintain a safe working environment and be aware of allergens
  • A genuine enthusiasm for food and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in independent work
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to multitask
  • Availability on Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physical fitness and reliability are essential
