
Customer Support Assistant

At Infinite Aged Care, the Customer Support Assistant works with key internal and external stakeholders including the Facility Manager, Nursing, and care staff as well as allied health care professionals, residents, and their families to ensure the prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
This role is part-time, 4 days per week, in our Ipswich Care home.
ResponsibilitiesAs Customer Support Assistant, you will provide prompt and confidential administrative and sales support in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards, and work with key internal and external stakeholders including the Facility Manager, nursing and care staff, allied health professionals, residents and their families.
Qualifications- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accurate data entry skills and ability to "self-manage" and work to deadlines.
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
- A flexible and willing attitude and passion for quality Aged Care support.
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying and preventing safety hazards in the workplace
Whilst not essential, experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or healthcare would be well regarded, as would a certificate II or III in administration.
