The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist who enjoys working in a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and possess impeccable customer service ethics. They should have good communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and display a positive approach to customer service.

The successful applicant will respond to inquiries through outbound and inbound calls to existing and new customers. They will use state-of-the-art customer communication technology to facilitate effective customer communication. Additionally, they will promote the benefits of enjoying unlimited pure clean water.

Our Management Team and existing team members will provide individual attention and support to ensure seamless liaison with Puratap customers and delivery of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will take pride in sharing our branding message, demonstrate good communication skills, and be confident when interacting with various individuals on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Use CRM software to manage customer interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Desirable)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
