About the Position

The Ad Operations Specialist is a crucial part of an operational team that forms the backbone of retail media execution. This role will bring campaigns to life by turning briefs and media schedules into seamless executions across various touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing briefs into system-ready bookings, following content approval and delivery processes.
  • Plan and deliver across media channels with timely inventory availability.
  • Implement continuous improvement approaches to processes; address pain points and share best practices within the team; leverage business analysts for larger projects.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to optimize targeting for campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in retail media (retailer or brand side); OR 4+ years in a marketing coordinator/ad coordinator role managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Be comfortable in an administrative role, spending a lot of time in an operating platform.
  • Understanding of shopper path-to-purchase, media landscapes, and consumer behavior.
