Job Description

We're looking for a Campaign Delivery Coordinator to support the operational delivery of omnichannel retail media campaigns across digital and physical formats. This role will coordinate campaign logistics with suppliers and internal teams, assist with setups, ensure timelines and quality requirements are met, and report on progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate campaign logistics and communicate with stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Use shared tools for task tracking, creative approvals, and reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in media coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
