Media Client Services Manager Role

We're seeking a talented and experienced media client services manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and develop strong relationships through regular communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the strategy, ATL, digital, and implementation teams to deliver effective campaigns that meet client goals.
  • Develop and implement plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a media or digital agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for helping clients achieve their objectives.
