Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Compliance with the Scope of Practice of Speech Pathology Australia.">
- High-level, client-centered care in interactions with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.">
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring care meets professional, organizational, legal, and ethical standards.">
- Paediatric expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and management.">
- Caseload management adhering to departmental clinical procedures and guidelines.">
- Professional engagement through ongoing education and training, and participation in regular professional practice supervision.">
- Participation in clinical research activities as required.">
