At Adult Speech Therapy, we do things a little differently—and we think you'll feel it right away.

We're a small, passionate team working exclusively with adults and adolescents across the Central Coast. We care deeply about our clients, and just as deeply about our team members as people. That means flexibility, genuine support, and space to grow.

Right now, we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our Central Coast based team. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, this role offers real support, when you need it.

What you'll be doing:
  • Communication, speech, swallowing, voice for acquired and congenital conditions.
  • Client-centred therapy and management plans supported by plentiful resources.
  • Educating families, carers and support teams for holistic client care.
  • Working alongside our wonderful AHA, Michelle
  • Being supported by our amazing admin staff Clare and Sheridan.
  • Documentation, reports and progress notes powered by AI to reduce your time spent on admin.
What we're looking for:

Qualified Speech Pathologist (SPA eligible)

NSW Driver's Licence

Strong written and verbal communication

Someone passionate about adult or adolescents with great time management skills

Team-focused, curious, and committed to growth and reflection.

WWCC + National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

This role is perfect for someone who wants to feel heard, supported, and excited about their work again.
