**About the Role**

We are looking for a Product Management professional to lead our Cross-Functional Team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, scope, and success metrics for product initiatives. You will collaborate with our Founders to ensure we're delivering an exceptional experience to all our users.

The successful candidate will have experience in a product management role, specifically for consumer-facing SaaS products or e-commerce of physical products. They will be able to leverage their expertise to streamline our fulfillment operations while being an advocate for our users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Define team direction and execute to deliver customer value
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to elevate everyone's performance
  • Juggle competing priorities and multiple stakeholders to build a roadmap of systems and features

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in product management, preferably for consumer-facing SaaS products or e-commerce of physical products
  • User advocacy skills, backed by research and data analysis
  • Problem-solving skills, with a structured process for tackling complex problems
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
