We are seeking a skilled and dedicated primary care physician to join our medical center in Bowen, Queensland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments.
- Diagnose and manage various medical conditions, both acute and chronic.
- Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and therapies as needed.
- Provide preventive care, including health screenings, vaccinations, and health advice.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain a high standard of care at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Medical degree and full registration with the relevant medical board.
- Fellowship with RACGP (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
