Job Title:

Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated health professional to join our team as a Health Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate case management with stakeholders, including workers' compensation providers, medical professionals, and allied health specialists.
  • Provide technical expertise in injury prevention, injury management, fitness for work, rehabilitation, and return to work processes.
  • Maintain health enterprise systems, data integrity, and document management.
  • Support site medical services, including paramedics, EAP, physiotherapy, appointed medical advisers, and occupational physicians.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related or science discipline.
  • Registration with APHRA or ESSA or similar registration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office suite.
  • Working knowledge of Queensland workers' compensation process and RRTWC course completion.
