Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting customers from initial contact through to delivery day.

Your primary objective will be to educate and inform prospective customers about our products and services, providing them with a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

You will be the key point of contact for all customer interactions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded throughout the sales cycle.

As a Sales Advisor, you will work closely with other teams to achieve monthly sales targets, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with walk-in guests and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Excite and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, or text messages
  • Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information
  • Actively contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
