Lineworker Job Description

As a Lineworker, you will play a vital role in constructing, servicing and maintaining the electricity network. Our team is committed to moving towards a net zero future and ensuring the safety of our customers.

We have multiple positions available for Lineworkers who are passionate about working in the field and contributing to our success.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, alter, and maintain the distribution network
  • Connect and disconnect supply
  • Construct and maintain the overhead and underground electricity network
  • Servicing
  • Substation construction and maintenance
  • Fault response and fault rectification works
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in ESI - Distribution Overhead
  • Current ACT motor vehicle licence (MR) or its equivalent
  • High Risk licence EWP
  • Previous successful work in the field on construction and/or maintenance of network infrastructure
