About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in servicing a diverse territory. The successful candidate will work closely with rural retailers, farmers, and industry groups to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising sales revenue, margin, and volume of Waratah's rural products through extensive contact with end-users, distributor clients, and key influencers
- Developing sales plans required to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends
- Achieving sales targets and influencing large contractors, end-users, and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits and providing training
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the Australian agricultural industry and proven sales experience, including:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
