About the Role

  • Based in Wagga Wagga NSW, we have a Rural (CPV) position available to support the continued growth of our well-established Rural Valuations team.

You will be involved in property inspections, research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

We use best-in-market proprietary property software and systems that enable our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture.

Our significant and long-standing rural work volume (both lending and non-lending sector) makes this a great opportunity to take over an existing workload.

As a key member of our team, you will be supported by Agri specific Valuation Assistants further maximising your efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
  • A driven professional with highly developed valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills.
  • A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential.
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
  • CPV status.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role is preferable.
  • Ability to demonstrate your Rural Valuation and advisory experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment.
