About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rural Valuation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, researching property sales, and preparing reports in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to gather data and information
  • Research property sales to determine market value
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports in accordance with industry standards
Requirements
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
