Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CERT III Carpentry course to our students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Assessment of the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
  • Reviewing, Validating, Moderating and Improving of training resources and assessment materials for the course
  • Consulting with clients on their current and future workforce training needs
  • Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience working in the Carpentry Industry
  • CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Australian Business Number (ABN) that is up to date and active
  • Current unrestricted Driver's License
  • High level communication, negotiation and consultation skills
  • Ability to provide high level advice/guidance on complex matters
  • Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
