Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our accommodation services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to join our organization and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of accommodation services to ensure high-quality client experiences
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior management role within community services or case management
- Certificate IV in community services or relevant discipline (desired)
- Proven track record of supervising, supporting, and training staff
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care and disability services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
